Characteristic House in the Centre of Civitanova Marche, in the heart of the seaside town.
Its strategic location makes it useful in all seasons, for tourists, for workers and for people passing through.
It 's the typical fisherman's house, on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen and an utility room, bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.
It was recently renovated and furnished with new furniture.
It's small but very cozy and romantic, you have the feeling of being at home, with all the independence that comes with it.
Usually there is the possibility of parking in front of the house, which allows you to leave the car and easily walk because there are shops, restaurants, public services and the beach nearby.
If you want to get away for a while, you have access to a bicycle with which you can visit the surrounding towns. In summer you can "live the centre" appreciating all events and performances that take place in the streets and along the seafront.

Lindo lugar
La señora nos recibo con muy buen attencion al cliente. El lugar es muy lindo de vista y super cerca del estacion tren, buses, centro y marina! hay de todo en la cosina y la cama arriba y duche son muy bueno y nos gusto.. Rico shampoo tambien! tristemente la camasofa abajo era roto entonces mi hijo dormi muy incomodo por solo podria, usarlo como sofa y entonces tomamos turnos en el cama arriba..Aun era muy tranquilo la, primer noche.. No hay microondas y tenia que limpiar mucho en la cosina antes de usarla...Los,otres noches fueron dificil de dormir por que hay muchos fiestas de borrachos y hasta afrente nuestro ventana y puerta por lo de campionato futboll (no me avisaron!)... La señora no sabia entoce se disculpo y fue muy amable de dejarme unos horas extras el dia de salir!.. Pienso que es un muy buen lugar por si le gustas estar cerca de todo transporte para un estudiante o pareja joven. Y si la sofa cama funcione yo volvera.Attencion al cliente es bueno.
