Great apartmenl, beach&location in Elviria del Sol

The accommodation

Lovely apartment in private urbanization with great gardens, five minutes walking from the best beaches of Marbella, in consolidated zone with many restaurants and places for shopping. Very close to a pair of golf courses (only five minutes from the apartment). Very well connected with the city centre of Marbella, going by public bus or by car is 10 minutes distance.

The development has three swimming pools, one of them is climatized that can be used also in winter time (the medium one). There are also tennis courts, a restaurant inside, barbacue places, meeting rooms...

The apartment is very well orientated, south-east, with great views, good finishings, marble floors, induction, oven, microwave, fireplace... and all you need to have a great vacation in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

Setting

The apartment is 30 minutes from Malaga airport and 15 minutes east of Marbella historical centre by car. We recommend hireing a car if you want to do some sightseeing or exploring, or a taxi if you want to relax by the pool and beach.

Its in a very prestigious and sought after area of Malaga that boasts probably the best beaches of Costa del Sol (Golden beach, Capopino is just down the road too). Beautiful fine golden sand, beach chiringuito/bar/restaurants on the sand, endless coastline and mountain sunsets. You have a few restaurants, a pharmacy and supermarket across the road, but you can reach many more 15 minutes walk, as well as the beach in a 15 minute stroll.

Activities and attractions

There are many daytrips and little excursions that are beach reached by car.

You can explore the mountain town of Rhonda, British point of Gilbralfar, or seaside town of Estepona. Ofcourse there is the beautiful town centre and beaches of Marbella centre, and the capital of Malaga which has cool city beaches, lovely town centre with many great musuems and galleries.
