Setting

The apartment is located in the historic center of Pedaso, surrounded by a private park with essences typical of the Mediterranean Macchia that goes from Monte Serrone that dominates Pedaso up to the property. In the park are possible trekking routes both on foot and by mountain bike. It overlooks the sea inside the Borgo Marinaro di Pedaso which dates back to the early 19th century. Pedaso offers several fish restaurants some by the sea with absolutely low prices. During the months of July and August there are many fish and meat festivals. On 13-14 and 15 August, the Mussels Festival is held in Pedaso, now in its 52nd edition. It is one of the oldest and most famous Italian festivals that attracts tens of thousands of tasters. In the neighboring countries, rich in art and culture, there are numerous festivals of local culinary specialties, particularly meat and fish festivals. Nearby there are cities of Art: Fermo Km. 15, Ascoli Piceno Km. 50, Macerata Km. 50 (in July and August there is the Lyrical Season at the Sferisterio.Outdoor season among the most important in Italy), Recanati Km.60 (birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi).
