The accommodation

The TOSCAMAR villa with its Ibizan style exterior is well preserved inside and out and with all the modern comforts, a large garden with trees, plants and grass and a private pool.

Perfect location to enjoy Jávea near the Arenal but with the tranquility of nature. Cala Blanca is only 400 m away and El Arenal is 1800 m away.
The villa is spacious and welcoming, distributed over 2 floors and offers its tenants plenty of space to enjoy a holiday.

We enter through the ground floor into the hall where we find the 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and the bathrooms, 2 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub.
We go up to the living-dining area and independent kitchen. There are 2 terraces to enjoy meals and/or evenings outdoors and also a roof terrace to enjoy the sun and tranquility with views of the Montgo and the sea.
There is an external staircase with direct access to one of the terraces on the first floor.
The kitchen and oven are gas, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, microwave, water heater, toaster, as well as utensils and dishes.
There is a storage room next to the garage with a washing machine.

It is located in an urbanized and charming area, with lots of vegetation.
