Apartment built in 2005. Located in the historic center and pedestrian area of the city, next to the Guadalete river, very close to the railway station, public transport, and in front of the maritime station with a catamaran to Cádiz
In the scarce 500 meters that separate the house from Playa de la Puntilla, there are magnificent sports facilities such as the Municipal Pools, the Real Club Náutico, and the Sports City. The promenade of Playa de la Puntilla runs to the facilities of Puerto Sherry.
Pleasant and quiet residence a few meters from the traditional Osborne and Caballero wineries. Next to Romerijo, the good restaurants and tapas bars, and the leisure area of the Port.

Estamos súper agradecidos a luis por lo encantador que ha sido con nosotros . El apartamento está cerca de todo . Del centro está a unos pocos minutos andando . Se agradece que tenga aparcamiento ya que nos ha sido muy útil pues el aparcamiento por allí cerca es horrible . Luis tenia de todo en el apartamento y cuando digo de todo es que tiene de todo ! os recomiendo ir a la playa de la puntilla y cenar en las dunas beach en rota . La pizzería que está en el centro ( al lado del telepizza ) está genial . Si necesitáis venir a cadiz alojaros en este apartamento porque luis os va a tratar como familia . Gracias luis por dejarnos un cachito de tu vida aquí en cádiz . Volveremos sin dudarlo ❤️
