The accommodation
A beautiful apartment located in the heart of the tropical coast of Europe to make your holiday an unforgettable moments.
You can enjoy a unique climate in Europe, where temperatures in the middle of winter are rarely below 15 degrees, and in summer rarely exceed 30 degrees. It is like being in paradise. At the same time, and a few km away, you can enjoy if you like skiing from the best ski slopes in Spain, in the well-known Sierra Nevada.
You can also enjoy the excellent gastronomy of Motril, and the beautiful Alpujarra, and of course, If what you really want is the beach, then at 250 meters from the apartment you will find one of the best beaches on the tropical coast.
But it is better that you come and see for yourself the kindness of its people and the beauty of their lands.

Fantastico!!
We spent the month of May 2017 in this appartment, and it was a joy from the first day on. The appartment is spacious, light and comfy. The beds are okay, the kitchen is small but well equiped and there is a parking space in the basement. In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony, in the sun, and when you decide to go to the beach you are there within 7 minutes. The owner, Agustin, is very friendly and available for help and advice. Motril Varadero is the seaside part of Motril, next to the harbour. The beach is wide, and consists of flat stones. There are several chiringuitos around, to take coffee, a meal or a drink for reasonable prices. To conclude: we loved this accomodation and plan to go back later this year.
