The apartment is completely renovated, with spectacular views and has all the necessary elements to facilitate the stay up to a maximum of 4 people.There are available supermarkets, Medical Center, shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants and in a city with major tourist attractions such as Santander.It is very close to the CAMPUS College of the University of CANTABRIA (2 MIN) and it is also very close to the Park of "Las Llamas". It is in the 4th floor. It has no elevator. But it is quite comfortable to go up because there are no many stairs.
