The accommodation

The apartment of 50 m2 is located in a quiet residence surrounded by greenery south-east with sunny terrace of 100 m2 facing the mountain for 4 to 6 people: 1 bedroom 1 bath tub, bidet and WC equipped kitchen, oven and dishwasher, lounge with TV. Access plane: Cuneo Levaldigi (40 km), Nizza (115 km) Access train: the station is in the village. Access by car: exit at Ventimiglia and up the Col di Tenda.

Setting

110 km from Nice, 80 from Sanremo and 25 from Cuneo, Limone remained a true jewel: the authentic alpine village, it has retained a real Piedmontese charm, as well as a clear-cut Italian character. Included are stone houses of the region, chalets adorned with balconies, a maze of cobbled streets lined with excellent restaurants and bars that come alive late in the day. Art galleries, trendy shops, a cinema and a concert hall in the village bring a contemporary and cosmopolitan atmosphere. There are also facilities for children, including the very entertaining inflatable Kinder Park (inflatable double slide, clown, climbing castle, Spiderman). Activities for all tastes: Trekking, Nordic Walking, Wall climbing, Hooked Branch Golf Club, Skating, solar heated pool, hiking, concerts and the village of Lake TerraSole and finally the new Spa Village.

Activities and attractions

Three doors provide access to the Riserva Bianca (White reserve), the field of Vermenagna valley at the foot of Colle di Tenda:
- The Porta del Sole (Sun Gate), located in the village,
- The door Tre Amis, at 1400 m altitude and the door of the Alpe, to Limonetto.
- From the village, the Maneggio area, reserved for beginners.
The Riserva Bianca can satisfy downhill skiing enthusiasts thanks to its 80 km of runs covered almost entirely by artificial snow systems and served by 16 lifts, including gondolas and chair lifts last generation.
Track width also allows snowboarders, while those wishing to try a few tricks with their boards may opt for the 3,500 m² of Limonetto snowpark equipped with a halfpipe, kickers, boxes and rails .
Limone and Vermenagna Valley also rely on cross-country to which they devote two centers, one in Panice Sottana and another at Vernante, which respectively have approximately 9 and 10 km of slopes.
The valley also attracts many ski touring enthusiasts as they have here the opportunity to attend many courses.
