Pergolas and Siculiana Marina, is also located 10 minutes from the wonderful Turkish Steps, where the white prominent Marne sea seems an evocative fresco painted by the nature in which the strong color contrasts represented by the blue sea and sky are opposed to white
blinding rock. It is 15 minutes by the immortal Valley of Temples that Pindar called it the most beautiful city of mortals which retains an extraordinary monumental and landscape heritage. Since 1997 it is a UNESCO world heritage site. It is also 20 minutes from the nature reserve of Torre Salsa, a beautiful protected area where you can observe many species of animals and plants. Here there nests the famous turtle "caretta caretta".
