Possibility to rent both houses to host up to 14 people in 2 beachfront houses in the same gated community and only 40meters away from each other. These lovely houses offer the possibility to enjoy the holidays with family or friends with more rooms and bathrooms in a place to rest with sea views, pools and gardens.
A semi-detached villa for 8 people and an apartment for 6 people. The houses are new and located in a luxury and quiet community. The price is for the apartment. Please ask price for the vila or more than 8 people..
The villa has 2 floors. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom along with a terrace with astonishing sea views on the upper floor. Downstairs there are 2 other rooms and 1 bathroom, the dining and living room with sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a big terrace and garden with direct access to the communal area. 158m2+58m2 terrace+25m2 garden.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also this house has a big terrace with sea views, A little garden and direct acces to the communal area.
Good quality furniture and comfortable outdoor furniture.
The bedrooms are equipped with top quality, super comfortable brand new beds and pillows.
The bedrooms of both houses are equipped with top quality, super comfortable, brand new beds and pillows. All bedrooms are nicely furnished and decorated and ready for your stay.

Hot water, heating and air conditioning, TV and wifi, 4 parking spaces (2 for each house) and towels, bedding, blankets, etc
We have few rules as we want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time.
However we ask our guests to look after and respect the property and it´s neighbors and to treat it and them with courtesy and respect.
Please do not bring pets unless previously agreed and no more guests are accepted than agreed.
Parties not allowed.
Failure to comply with these two rules is seen as a cause for not returning the deposit.
Any check-ins or check-outs between 23.00 and 8.00am will have an extra cost of 20€.
If you are interested in checking into the house before 4pm, please ask and if it i possible we will let you know. In some seasons it can have an additinal cost of 30€.
For stays longer than a week, we offer the option of weekly cleaning with a change of sheets and towels. This service costs 30€ (2 1/2 hours)
The host has acces to the whole house and the services of the communal area.
The wifi password in the apartment and access code to the beach´s door will be given on arrival.

Setting

The complex is new and located in a quiet neighborhood close to Villajoyosa. It has 3 pools (open from April to october), gardens, kids area and direct access to the beach. The beach is Playa Paraiso, a really nice and quiet beach. It has 2 beach restaurants in the summer season. It is a sandy beach with pebbles. We recommend bringing rubber beach shoes or jelly shoes.
It is located at the north of Villajoyosa. In this area there are 5km of natural coast. The resort is a very peaceful area for those looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday.
Restaurants and supermarket nearby.
A few minutes walking (200meters) train station. The train connects the coastal towns ( Alicante, Benidorm..) It departs every 30 minutes.
There is a campsite 200m away where kayaks can be rented and it also has a good restaurant.
You can play tennis at the Villajoyosa tennis club and other places.
There are various golf courses only 15 minutes away by car.
Bicycles are available for rent in Villajoyosa.

1km Villajoyosa ( 15 min. walking). A very nice city with big sandy beaches and restaurants ...
10km Benidorm. There are various theme parks and a good night life.
20km Alicante (35airport- 30min by car)Nearby golf, tennis, water parks, theme parks like terra Mitica, sea activities.

Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe are very nice villages to visit.
