Villa for rent only 200 meters from the beach

The accommodation

The villa is located in Lido di Noto about 200 metres from the sea and about 5 km from Noto, in an ideal area for a relaxing holiday.
The flat consists of:
n. 2 bedrooms with a total of three single beds and one double bed
no. 2 bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine
Spacious entrance/living room with kitchenette and sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning and there is also a wi-fi service for a fee.
There is a large green area with the possibility of private parking for one car.

Setting

About 5 km away is the town of Noto, called the 'capital of Baroque'. In 2002, its historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with the other late Baroque towns of the Val di Noto.
Two important nature reserves are also located nearby:
Vendicari Oriented Nature Reserve Fauna Oasis; halfway between Noto and Pachino, it was officially established in 1984 (DARTA 81 14/03/1984 - DAR), but was only made effectively accessible in 1989. In addition to being an area of natural interest (the marshes are of great importance), in the nature reserve it is possible to admire various archaeological remains, including a Byzantine necropolis and the 18th-century 'tonnara'. It is managed by the Azienda Regionale Foreste Demaniali. The reserve is rich in beaches: to the north is the beach of Eloro, with 'Marianelli', 'Calamosche', and the beach of Vendicari (near the 'tonnara'), and to the south the beach of San Lorenzo.
