A lovely 120 m2 South-East facing duplex apartment, on the top (3th floor), totally furnished with capacity for 8 people.
A very large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a master king bedroom, two double bedroom, two complete bathrooms and two balconies in main floor and one very large double bedroom with a complete bathroom and a balcony in the upper floor. Air con in most rooms.
The apartment has wifi.

Located in a small exclusive gated community with day janitor. There are 2 swimming pools, gardens and a very wide underground parking.There is no lift.
