The accommodation

Every accommodation unit has a reserved numbered parking space, services include bathrooms fully equipped with shower and bidet, TV set and kitchenette.

Studio flat, 2-3 beds: small double bed room, one large room fully equipped with kitchenette and sofa bed, bath room ( 30 sq. m. ) . The units are located in the main block by the Piazzetta, first floor.Location: 4 km. from Palau, province Olbia Tempio, Sardinia, Italy
Accommodation: We deal with privately owned properties fully furnished and fully stocked with linen and towels.

The choice is between two typologies:
-Apartments: They are two storeys and located in the central block of the residence, inserted in buildings of 21 units. There’s a distance of 300 metres between the apartments and the resort’s beach that guests can reach by walking on the pathway on the side of the bay. Very convenient accommodation due to the closeness to the services, shops, swimming pool and play area.
-Semi-detached villette (small villas): They are located on the sides of the Piazzetta, all ground level, with an independent entrance and terrace. This solution still allows guests to be very close to services and at the same time enjoy the quietness and nature. The small villas are built on the side hills surrounded by Mediterranean green. Some of them have a breathtaking view on the bay. The distance from the village and the beach is around 400 metres ( everything reachable through the pathways ).

Services: Reception, market, restaurant pizzeria, bar, newsagent, laundry, reserved parking, shuttle bus to Palau and surrounding areas ( this service is seasonal 1st of July to 31st of August ), 2 sea water swimming pools one of which is completely dedicated to kids, 2 tennis courts, resort beach fully equipped with comfortable deckchairs and shades dedicated to the guests, play area, internet point and Wi-Fi hot spot in the reception area.

Also ideal for nature lovers who can take long walks on the numerous tracks. From Costa Serena you can reach the beaches and the secret little bays in the area that lead to places with breathtaking views. In Springtime Costa Serena is an explosion of colours, flowers and natural scents of Mediterranean vegetation: Myrtle, Rockrose, Arbutus, Juniper and many others, absolutely spectacular.
