House with 2 bedrooms in Modica

The accommodation

Petra's house is located in Modica, a UNESCO heritage city and famous for chocolate.
Modica is known for its Baroque style, which can also be admired in Scicli and Noto, located a few kilometers away.
I can accommodate 2, 3, 4 or a maximum of 5 people.
The house is practical and comfortable, one of the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen are made of stone. I furnish a small courtyard in front of the entrance, in summer, with an umbrella, table and chairs and can be used for pleasant evenings in the cool.

The house is located in the town center, a few meters from supermarkets, bars, restaurants and trattorias; however, upon arrival, tastings of typical Modican cuisine prepared by me are available, as can be seen from the photos, although air conditioned due to the thickness of the walls it is cool in summer and warm in winter, furnished and complete for even a long stay , you can get around even without a car, well connected to the surroundings.
The house is located 18 km from the sea, easily reachable by public transport even in winter; our climate is mild even in winter and a walk on the sandy beach of Marina di Modica is pleasant.
At 6 km there is the archaeological park of Cava D'Ispica. There is a large car park in front of the entrance courtyard (public) and a private one in the area above, well connected by public transport, the station is 3 km away from the stop of the buses only 100 m.
From Comiso airport it is 35 km away: motorway 194->Sacro Cuore exit ->via Sacro Cuore->via Aldo Moro->via Resistenza Partigiana-via Risorgimento->via Peppino Impastato->viale Alcide De Gaspari>via Nazionale.

From Catania airport it is 100 km away: CT-SR motorway ->SR -Gela mandatory exit Rosolini->Ispica-> Modica->via Risorgimento->via Peppino Impastato->viale Alcide De Gaspari>via Nazionale.
