Villa with seaview is a detached house with air conditioning. It is just 10 minutes from Selinunte archaeological park and 60 minutes by motorway from Palermo or Trapani airports. It is in a quiet, newly built private residence with wide sidewalks, outdoor lighting and a large park. The residence is made up of 20 private villas, 120 square meters each one. Villa "valery" has 5 beds and is equipped with every comfort, private entrances and direct access to 70 meters sandy beach. Villa is very comfortable with a sleeping area made up of 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single) and a living area with a large living room - kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 large verandas overlooking the lawn and a magnificent seaview terrace. The villa is fenced and has excellent exposure to the sun .

It is located on the ground floor in a private street with direct access to the sea (only 70 meters) so it's ideal for families with children for its privacy. Private free parking.Tre Fontane has a beautiful coastline that has been the subject of recent studies by the University of Milan Bicocca that ranked the place among the 25 pristine beaches and "whole nature" of Italy. Pediatricians have confirmed that it is a suitable place for children for its free beach for more than ten kilometers and shallow water up to three hundred meters.
