The accommodation

Vacation rental apartment of 75 m² built. It has a good layout: 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room. From the living-dining room, there is access to a large terrace with unobstructed views of a tree-lined avenue.
The apartment includes a private parking space on the surface in a gated community with landscaped areas.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and complete kitchenware.
The apartment is furnished with Provençal-style furniture. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the apartment can accommodate 5 people because the living room includes a sofa bed. The apartment provides bed and bath linens to make your stay as pleasant and practical as possible.

Setting

The area is very quiet and the apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the town center and only 5 minutes from the beachfront.
Note that the apartment is close to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, etc.
On the way down to the beach, you'll find the "Las Dunas" beach bar, known in the town for its live music concerts on summer evenings.

Activities and attractions

Access to the beach is via a wooden pedestrian path that runs through the entire protected area of dunes and pine groves, stretching over 5 km.
From the Rota port, you can take a ferry to visit the center of Cádiz or the center of Puerto de Santa María.
The beach offers activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, etc.
Also near the apartment is the Rota Equestrian Center.
