The accommodation

The Montenibbio farmhouse uses the structure of an ancient farmhouse built at the end of the 19th century, recently renovated with great taste and local flavour, entirely recovering the stone structure of the main farmhouse, the farmer's house and the stables.
Furthermore, an independent Cottage has been created, ideal for a family or a group of 3-4 people, measuring 70 m2. composed of a queen size double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and mosaic tiles and a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, as well as the equipped kitchen, well lit by the sun, with a dining corner where guests can enjoy a variety of healthy and unique products from the garden. In addition to the cottage, a double bedroom and study on the 1st floor, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom on the attic floor (LOFT) are available in the main house.
Given the layout, two families can share the Casavacanze, with the caveat that the kitchen is unique and must be shared.

Setting

The Casavacanze Montenibbio is located in Ficulle, at the pass of the same name on the SS71 which connects Fabro to Orvieto (altitude of approximately 600 metres), dominating the Orvieto valley with a breathtaking view.
The structure is conveniently connected to the international airports of Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino ~ 120 km), Pisa (G. Galilei ~ 120 km). It can be easily reached by car via the A1 Milan-Naples motorway (Orvieto and Fabro exits).
