The accommodation

This is a beach apartment with communal pool, tennis court and balcony facing the pool, only 4 minutes walk from the beach (170m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This first floor apartment is ready to host 4 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is nice, simple, big and clean with a huge panoramic window and a lovely balcony.

There is a dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Delta Q coffee machine (capsules).

3G Hotspot wi-fi internet measured speed was (39.40 Mbps) next to the device.

**MINIMUM STAY**
7 nights - High season from 08th June to 14th September- periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights - Low season until 08th June and after 14th September

**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.
