The accommodation
Our Llevant house is part of Can Toni Blay private estate (closed area with exclusive access code for clients). It´s located at km 10.3 of Formentera.
The maximum capacity of Llevant house is 4 people, distributed in 2 double bedrooms.

-1 double bedroom (the beds can be pushed together and prepared as a double bed).

The rooms have ceiling fans and heating.
The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning) bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one washcloth per person, one bathmat for each bathroom and welcome amenities).
Bathroom linen is changed twice a week.
Bed linen changed weekly.
We have cribs and highchairs available for our customers at no additional cost.
From 1 July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands establishes a Tourism Tax
Sustainable, which should be collected directly by the tourist accommodation.
Children under 16 years old will be exempt from payment. The amount to be paid has been fixed by the
Regional government and fluctuates from 50 cents to 2 euros per person and night plus VAT, depending on the type of
accommodation. In the case of agrotourisms and rural houses the amount is 1 EUR + 10% VAT (per person, per
night). From the 9th day of stay this tax will be reduced to 50%.
The objective of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of this island.
The payment of the tax must be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.
Setting
800 meters from the house, we find Migjorn beach, where we can access walking or by car, no need to exit to the main road.
The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, is located 1 km away, next to the Ses Platjetes beach, where we may find restaurants, terraces, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, car rental, office, shops ...
