One bedroom apartment with double bed , wall closet and a fantastic balcony with fabulous views facing the east , table, chairs and grill allows you to fine dining outdoors; a bathroom , kitchen and a common room with a small balcony facing west .
For those who work remotely (Nomad Workers) and need internet quality assurance, LindaVista Apartment is equipped with HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTICS (200mg download 100 upload)
November to April inclusive , an extra charge of energy will be charged the amount of € 15 per week
MONTHLY RENTALS: Between November and end of February stays of 30 or more days (Monthly Low Season tariff) DO NOT include cleaning service or laundry, it will always be considered an optional extra service and whose value is 25 € per week per both

VERY IMPORTANT:
Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus.
For this reason, all guests of every reservation need to show their passports, so we can collect the required information.

Bhavesh (Ago 2015) Unfortunately the address provided did not have enough information for our taxi driver to find it. It was very frustrating. The check in time is very late, with an early check out time (although to be fair to the host, it is clearly and accurately listed).

PARKING FREE:
You may park on a road just next to the apartment. Usually you always have place to park there, no worries!
The apartment has free WIFI but you may also have access to 4G Mobile Wi-Fi (for when you are not in the apartment) available for 10€ for bookings up to 7 days; € 15 over 7 days (internet sharing up to 6 users / devices) Internet connection wherever you go (Lose or break the Mobile Wi-Fi requires the payment of 70 €)
Car: recommended
Apartment very close to the beach ... 100m! It is just down the street and there is a beautiful beach with a single rock, black volcanic and that makes it different from all others.
Great for those who enjoy sea, sun and relaxation!
Activities and attractions
Natural beauty of the whole coast to the tip of Sagres (26 km), not to be missed!
For those who enjoy nature and hiking, there is much to discover nearby or further afield many paths and beaches of the Costa Vicentina.
In Lagos we have the new Museum of Discovery and the Museum Centre of the Slave Market, the Church of Saint Anthony, and the fortress among others.
Spend a day at Zoomarine (50 km) it is also quite interesting and fun, apart from Lagos Zoo (8km)
July, August and September is a very lively village with the Parties and the Procession of Our Lady of Light.
During low season is wonderful .... the calm and peace that we live there !! Area greatly appreciated for medium and long stays because of the mild temperatures.

A dois passos da praia
Apartamento com o tamanho ideal para um casal, cozinha muito bem equipada, dá para preparar qualquer tipo de refeição, casa bem cuidada e com muita luz natural. Os dois pormenores que tornam este alojamento especial são a proximidade à praia (2 minutos a pé), e a vista da varanda para a praia e para o mar, certamente uma das melhores da luz. Recomendo
