The accommodation

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area (SAT TV) and living room, kitchen with fireplace for barbecue, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor; This consists of a spacious and bright room (SAT TV) with writing tables and minibar, a corridor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The exterior of the villa is characterised by spacious terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and a pool with idromassage and heater. A Mediterranean garden located on several floors surrounds the property and creates fresh and relaxing spots. A tennis court is exploitable for sports games. A lower gate allows direct access to the beach and the pinewood.

Setting

The Torre dell'Orso Bay consists of a 1 km long beach surrounded by high cliffs; a thick pine forest is the bound for its entire length. The sandy beach is just beams from the villa and is served from rides to disabled people and concrete stairs. There are private and public beaches; also the beach is equipped with services such as: rent a pedalo, canoe single and two-seater, banana boat, parasailing.

The marina of Torre dell'Orso is served by public transport lines in the province of Lecce, in the summertime is active public service "Salento in Bus" linking Torre dell'Orso to other places in the province.
