The accommodation

The accommodation enjoys a beautiful exposure to the south for several hours a day and overlooking the pond.
Lovely attic with exposed beams of 70 m2 with balcony and delightful view of the lake and the Nature Reserve.
An open kitchen with a comfortable table for 6 people, fridge, freezer, oven and burners.
Living area with sofa and armchair and digital TV.

Double bedroom with bed, latex mattresses, dresser and wardrobe. Double room with two single beds (one folds under the other if not needed)

Nice bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.

The house is supplied with a courtesy set (coffee, sugar, salt, tea, and more) for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Setting

The surrounding area is located in a nature reserve and you can see many animals such as deer, marmots and, with a bit of luck, foxes.

The "Raspberry path" starts below the house and crosses the grove and the river in a loop of over 3 km.

Many walks to propose, the most famous of which is certainly the Via Spluga which also leads to Switzerland.

Activities and attractions

With the funicular (ample free parking) you can reach Motta in 3 minutes where all the ski facilities leading to Madesimo and Pizzo Groppera with its most difficult slope: "the gully" depart. Made park: entire area dedicated to those who practice freestyle on the snow with 920 meters of jumps, terraces, kiker rails, boxes, pipes, stairways and structures of all kinds and for every level of preparation having fun for free.

Among the new features is the Easy area for snowboard beginners.

The apartment is located in the center of the town but only 6 km from Madesimo. 13 km from Chiavenna with its historic center and shops. 80 km from the famous Saint Moritz resort.
