Villa located in Xábia, in a very quiet area, 8 minutes by car to Arenal beach and 5 minutes to Cala Granadella. Sleeps 7 persons. Sea views. Fenced garden with big nd comfortable terrace next to the private heated pool.

what a wonderful stay!!
We stayed at the villa in July'14 and enjoyed this a lot! The villa is sutuated in quiet but beautiful villa area (Balcon del Mar), with great sea views in walking distance from the villa. The climate of xabia and especially the location of the house is just ideal - sea breeze every day does not make you feel very hot in the summer and indeed there is no need for A/C (we were concerned before arrival). The house itself provides all the comfort and is built just ideally for families - one can enjoy dinner or cafe at the same time looking as kids are playing in the swimming pool. Lastly, the great owner (Maria) did everything possible for us to feel like at home, including some cooking classes :D... Absolutely no surprises on arrival, everything as in the offer. Strongly recommended!
A wonderful villa
We enjoyed a lot our holiays in the house because its lovely large terrace, the sea views and the well kept garden and pool. Inside the house, everything was comfortable. Maria, the owner was very friendly with us.
