Among wonderful hills, few minutes away from the sea, this country house is perfect either for winter or summer vacations to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Tirrenean coast or to visit important places like Gaeta,Ninfa botanic park, Circeo National Park.
At ground floor of this villa you’ll find a 150sm. large apartment with three double bedrooms. two bathrooms and a living room with chimney, dining and cooking area.
This apartment has an external private area on the back of the house.
The property is on a 8.000 sm land with olive trees. In front of the house you’ll find a charming cooking area with a wood stove for pizza.

Itri's beach is located in the southern part and it is rocky and rough , this zone is called Capo Cetarola and belongs to Itri's municipality also
