The accommodation

This is a single family villa, situated in the bay of Puerto Pollença, in a natural and protected area and less than 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach zone.
A living room with capacity for 10 people.
The terrace has furniture such as sofas, tables and chairs, all those are able for your meals and also for relaxing yourselves and your family.
A large kitchen with cooking utensils you may need for your own comfort.
In the back garden you can enjoy the swimming pool and its lounge area for sunbathing and relaxing.
Setting
It is located in an exclusive area of Majorca Island, surrounded by nature and quietness.
The house is situated 1.5 kilometers distance from Alcudia; this city is famous for its ancient Roman Town, called Pollentia, and whose ruins and ramparts are really recommended to visit.
Every Tuesday and Sunday a market is held outdoors in its wonderful streets.
Just 2 Km. away you will find a great variety of restaurants where you can enjoy quiet dinners and pleasant evenings; you can also take a nice walk along the Bay of Pollença.
50 meters from the house you will find a bus stop where from you can move to any point of the island.
Activities and attractions
About 4 Km. round you may practice others leisure activities such as golf course (in Aucanada), horse riding, water sports, (in Puerto de Alcudia), water park, etc.
If you are kitesurf fans, it is important to stand out, that in order to practice this sport, you can rent the equipment at less than 200 meters from the house.
Of course you have restaurants services, taxi, supermarkets, health centers, banks, tourist information office etc.
The zone where the house is situated is closed and well connected to famous destinations such as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente, Formentor, Aucanada, Bonaire, La Victoria, etc. To visit all those towns is required if you wish to enjoy the wonderful nature of the Majorca island.
