The accommodation

It is a lovely stone house of about 100 m2 with 3 bedrooms , two bathrooms , kitchen/lounge a little apart from the other buildings of the farm with independent entrance from the road .

We have WiFi in the garden , educational farm with animals for small children , a 26 meters swimming pool located at the top of our hill with a bird's eye view over the Trasimeno lake .

Setting

We are on a hill with a nice landscape , overlooking the Trasimeno lake . If you like good italian cooking you can enjoy it with us .
The RESTAURANT is located in the ancient mill. The moon will rise over the Trasimeno lake in front of you when you sit in the evening, in the elegant dining room or on the romantic terrace. The chef Stefano Rutigliano will delight you with the best Umbrian and Italian cuisine.

The riding RIDING SCHOOL Antica Dogana is the ideal place for those who want to learn all about the territory of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding nature. The arena is particularly aimed at children and teenagers, who learn not only riding but especially to love and respect horses ?and for the smaller our friendly ponies!
For the more experienced, many beautiful hiking trails and horseback riding around the Lake park and and along the paths traveled by the legendary warrior Hannibal!
