The accommodation
Villa Soliva is equipped with a comfortable parking, has an internal area of over 130 sqm, a large panoramic terrace and is adorned with a luxuriant garden of 700 sqm.
The interior is composed of two double bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a folding bed for a total of 6+1 beds, two bathrooms with s hower, a kitchen and a large furnished terrace.
Villa Soliva is equipped with: air conditioning / heating, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, internet wi- fi, oven.
the garden is well furnished and with its two gazebos, the barbecue, the comfortable deckchairs and dining tables allows you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The garden is partly available from the 1th of june to the 30th of september.

Setting
Villa Soliva is situated in Mondello (Palermo) in via Tolomea n. 80, it is located in a beautiful natural setting, quiet and scenic for which was recently chosen as the set for the filming of an italian television drama (watch the video).
From the terrace you can enjoy a unique view of Mount Pellegrino and the gulf of Mondello. The Center of Palermo with its wonderful monuments and the streets of the shopping is easy reachable (20 min) also with the bus.
Activities and attractions
The beautiful beach of Mondello and the Marine Park of Capo Gallo are at about 800 mt and can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes.
Even the terrestrial reserve of Mt Gallo with its unique panorama overlooking the sea can be reached by walking, the access is just above the Villa.
Villa Soliva is the ideal choice to enjoy the beauties of the sea of Mondello and for the relaxing walks through the paths of the reserve of Mt Gallo (trekking) and the Marine Park of Capo G allo.
Also the center of Palermo with its wonderful monuments and the streets of the shopping is easy reachable (20 min) also with the bus.

Компания четырех друзей провела 2 замечательные недели в Casa Soliva - уютном доме с великолепной панорамной террасой. Хозяин и его семья были очень любезны и отзывчивы к любым нашим просьбам, Антонелло тепло встретил нас, предоставил карты местности и даже накормил! :) В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания - мебель, белье, посуда, небольшой сейф, вид с террасы открывается действительно потрясающий. С открытым сердцем рекомендуем этот дом всем - спасибо, Антонелло, нам у вас очень понравилось. The company of four friends spent 2 wonderful weeks in Casa Soliva - cozy house with wonderful panoramic terrace. The owner and his family were very helpful and responsive to all our requests, Antonello warmly greeted us, provided maps and even fed! :) The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay - furniture, linens, dishes, small safe, the view from the terrace offers a truly stunning. Wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone - thank you, Antonello, we really enjoyed. L'azienda quattro amici ha tenuto 2 una splendida settimana in Casa SOLIVA - una casa accogliente con una splendida terrazza panoramica. Il padrone di casa e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili e sensibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, Antonello calore ci ha incontrato, ha fornito mappe e anche alimentò! :) La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno - mobili, biancheria, stoviglie, piccola cassaforte, vista dalla terrazza si gode veramente spettacolare. Con il cuore aperto consiglia la casa di tutti - grazie, Antonello, ci si è molto divertito.
