Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 35 need a prior authorization to be accepted.

Can Ricardell has four double bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with single beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. The living room contains a large sofa. The dining room has space for eight people. There are two complete bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The surface area of the house is 120 square metres distributed on two floors, suitable for up to eight people. The parcel of land is 300 square metres. On the upper floor are three bedrooms, one with a small balcony, and a bathroom. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

The house has a terrace with a table for eight people, a private swimming pool of 6x3 and a garden surrounding part of the house. There is a small barbecue and parking space for three cars.

Can Ricardell is situated in the neighbourhood of Riells de Dalt, 700 metres from the beach of Riells and 3000 metres from the beach at Cala Montgó. It is a quiet residential area. The house faces and is very sunny. 600 metres south you reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where you can find different paths ideal for walking or cycling in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside.

By Riells beach there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries bars and restaurants. The centre of L’Escala is 1600 metres away.
