Casa Sarticola, was originally a farmhouse. The house is nicely restored and contains a total of 6 indipendent Holiday Apartments,the house is located in the territory of the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia in Liguria.

Located on the Colline del Sole (Sun’s Hills) with views of the old village of Castelnuovo Magra, the medieval Nicola and the sea. It’s position is unique and exclusive because it’s close to the most beautiful landscapes of Liguria and Tuscany . The part of the sea you can see it’s one of the best , clean of Italy. It’s a “Blue Flag” that means the superior quality of sea and services.You can find beaches or stones and there is every 30 min a boat service to make unique trips.

The next shopping areas are located at 4.5 km distance,a shopping mall with supermarket and many other shops. To the beach there are 8 km, reachable by car in 10 minutes. Several Restaurants (trattorie) in the surrounding area give you the opportunity to taste the Ligurian cuisine. The property has its own parking, is surrounded by a total of 10 ha large possession with forest, vines and olive groves.
