* I will give priority acceptting bookings that their dates "join" confirmed bookings. And also , bookings longer than the minimum stay would have priority.

*SUGGESTION : in order to calculate the correct Rental Price , you should define the check-in date , the check-out date and number of guests ( children included ). Basic prices are defined for 1 or 2 guests. So as the maximum capacity of the property is for 6 guests , there is a extra fee from 15 euros/night ( depends on which term ) for each extra guest after 2 guests . The same number of nights as the total Reservation nights would be charged to each extra guest even if they stayed less nights. There is no suplement fee for babies under 1 year that sleep in cradle that guest should bring .

* For bookings during certain dates , ask for offers :

- 7 nights x 6
- 6 people x 5
- 5 people x 4

* Prices set in calendar are promotional prices to encourage bookings in advance ; but closer to spring and summer ,will be increased.

* Minimun stay of 3 nights . During Xmas , Flamenco Festival , Easter , Feria del Caballo and special dates ,minimum stay = 4 nights . During summer ,minimum stay = 6 nights. Eventually i would accept shorter stays for available dates between 2 confirmed bookings , or if you were 4 or more guests, so as to fill in calendar.
Open to negotiation for longer stays.

* Extra optional fees to be paid in cash :

1.-Cleaning fee :

Before every "check in" , a complete professional cleaning is done in the Loft . So i do not ask for cleaning fee in advance ,as i prefer to give the option to my guests to save that money if they clean the loft themselves and return it almost in the same cleaning conditions as when they did "check in". But if for some reason ,you decide not to clean it ( because you are in a hurry or are used to have a maid at your own home) ,i would have to to retain from the damage fee 50 euros , or you could leave those 50 euros in cash by the keys .

2.-Each guest sleeping on each bedroom:

- If the 2 guests are not sharing the bed and want to sleep in 2 different bedrooms : there is extra cash fixed fee of 30 euros for the whole stay.
-If the 3 ( or 4 ) guests want to sleep in 2 different bedrooms and in the sofa bed located in working lounge: besides declaring you are 3 ( or 4 ) guests so as to calculate the price for 3 ( or 4 ) ,there is an extra cash fixed fee of 30 euros for the whole stay.

3.-Transportation service to airports or train stations :

Upon request with some advance ,a private driver could pick you up or leave you ( up to 4 people) in the airports or train stations of sevilla and jerez. The price would depend on the service required.
