*SUGGESTION : in order to calculate the correct Rental Price , you should define the check-in date , the check-out date and number of guests ( children included ). Basic prices are defined for 1 or 2 guests. So as the maximum capacity of the property is for 6 guests , there is a extra fee from 20 euros/night ( depends on which term ) for each extra guest after 2 guests . The same number of nights as the total Reservation nights would be charged to each extra guest even if they stayed less nights. There is no suplement fee for babies under 1 year that sleep in cradle that guest should bring .Only 1 baby per reservation will be admitted for FREE .

Firstly ,i wanted to thank you for taking your time in reading this explanation. Probably once you have read it ,many of your doubts would be solved :
The Duplex Loft is located in a renovated XVIII th. century old Sherry winery located in the historical center of Jerez de la Frontera ( Cadiz. Andalucia . Spain ) . Ideal for business or leisure trip. The decoration is modern and practical.
Its 189 m2 are distributed as follows ( check the architectural plans in one of the pics ) :
* Ground floor:
- A spectacular space (60 m2) of 6 m high where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located. It is the " heart " of the Loft.
- A room with a 160 cm. x 200 cm. bed and a complete bathroom en suite. It has a built-in wardrobe.
* First floor:
- A large and bright room fitted out as a living / working area with 2 workstations. The sofa bed converts into a 140 cm x 200 cm bed.
- A gallery with a built-in wardrobe.
- A room with a 160 cm. x 200 cm. bed with a complete bathroom en suite.
* The maximum cappacity of the loft is 6 people ( + 1 baby ) . However, taking into account that this property is a Loft, the spaces are open-plan ( only the 2 bathrooms have doors ), I think that to feel really comfortable , my Loft is ideal for a couple , or a family , or several adults who are very confident with each other.
*GUESTS WITH LITTLE KIDS : Please take in mind that this is a openplan Duplex Loft , so there are stairs and a design fence at the first floor facing the double hight space of the living area. So check properly all the pics to make sure this property is suitable for the safety of your children.
* Possibility of free parking in my private parking space located in a close building ( 20 meters far from the loft).
* Fresh towels and bed clothing provided.
* Smart 4K 65 " screen tv.
* Home cinema-cd player.
* Speaker sysem with docking for iphone or ipod.
* Air conditioning ( heat / cold ) by fan coil system.
* The swimming pool you see on the pics is the CONDOMINIUM POOL. It has salined cloration ( not saulty water ),which means that not chemical products are used to mantein it. So your skin does not get dry and also ,you are able to open your eyes in the water without getting them red and irritated (perfect for kids). The swimming pool term will be from the 1 st. of June until the 30 th. of September .The Condominium could decide to change this callendar by extending or reducing it , unfortunately that decission would not depend on me . So no compensation for this could be claimed .
* For stays during summer please ask before confirming booking.
* I hope guests feel as confortable as if they were at their own house . On the same way ,i expect from guests to take care of the loft as if it was their own home too.

Setting
* The Loft is located in ancient Sherry Wine Bodega ( century XVIII ) in the hystoric quarter of Jerez de la Frontera. In 2008 it was completely restored.
* Within 2 blocks distance you will find: 2 small supermarkets ,bank, pharmacy , San Mateo church , several tapas and flamenco bars...
Activities and attractions
* Walking around the monumental city of Jerez.
* Visiting Sherry Wine Bodegas.
* Horse Show of Andalucian Horses in real Escuela Ecuestre.
* Allthough it is not by the sea ,it is very well comunicated with the gorgeous beaches of white sand spread along Cadiz County coast and also , with the “Sierra of Cadiz “ ( Cadiz mountains) famous for the “Route of the White Villages”.

The loft is located in a reformed cellar very quiet and comfortable. It is well equipped, you just need to bring a tooth brush :) The downtown is just 10 minutes walking, where you can try the local gastronomy.
