The accommodation

Podere verde is a small farmhouse, immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, with a red brick staircase, made up of two floors. Ground floor: living-room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, study room/pantry. First floor: 2 large bedrooms smaller bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room with air conditioning. Surrounded by a large garden, a pergola with BBQ, swimming pool (5 m in diameter), garden area. . For the exclusive use of guests. Can accommodate 7 people. Rent per week (from Saturday to Saturday) from mid-April to October. The cost of the whole structure is 1000, 1100, 1200, 1400 euros per week

Setting

The "Podere Verde" is located in the gentle countryside at the foot of Montepulciano, in the Val di Chiana, surrounded by cultivated fields, crossed by roads that are ideal for long walks by bicycle or on foot.
It comes easily to the highway A1 (exit Chiusi Chianciano terme if you come from the South; Exit Bettolle if you come from the North).
