The accommodation
Detached house in the centre of Vinaròs, close to the main promenade and the sandy beach. In Mare de Deu del Remei street. It has two floors and a terrace on the top floor, and all the rooms are exterior.
With wifi.
On the ground floor is the living room with ceiling fan and new flat screen TV, sofa and armchair. There is a large new kitchen with extendable dining table. There is a toilet and a small storage room.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 135cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, both with wardrobe and standing fan. There is also a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a laundry area, with a sink and washing machine and a large terrace with table and chairs, sliding awning for shade and sun loungers.
All windows in the house are double glazed.
All rooms are exterior.
Setting
The house is in the heart of Vinaros, Remedios Street.
It is within walking distance of the main promenade and sandy beach Forti, a very large and beautiful beach. On the walk there are many bars and restaurants.
The municipal market is nearby where you can buy fresh produce, and on the same site there is a supermarket.
There is a cinema at 100 meters.
