The accommodation

Holiday rentals Puglia. New-built with new furnisher, villa Ferreri with lawn area its a low-ground independent house. It’s featured by a wide outside area, about 150 meters, with a marvellous lawn. Thanks to a veranda of about 40 meters, you can have lunch or dinner leisurely outside, enjoying the cool air in the evening.

Inside: a living/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a double room and one more room with two beds. In total, there are 4 sleeping accommodations with the option of adding one more bed on request. .At a few meters from the Villa there’s the Holiday Village “Riva Marina”. In summer, you can take use of the many funny activities proposed by the holiday village, with convenient prices, such as: swimming pool and tennis court. At 100 meters from the Villa, there’s wide pine-woods. In summer there’s also a nice local street market where you can buy fresh local products at low price. In the Villa’s garden you can also find an extra-outside shower.

N.b. For July 2010 at the first floor of this villa will be another apartment, both will be completely independent, of course. No space in common.

Setting

Supplies in the quiet marine place of Lido Specchiolla there are supermarkets, restaurants with the typical cuisine, bakeries, pizza- restaurants, disco-pub, skating-rink, trap-shooting and a catholic church. In summer our bakeries’ characteristic is the continuous production of take-away pizzas, main courses like lasagna and cakes.
