The accommodation

The villa has been transformed into an elegant and comfortable holiday home, immersed in the greenery of its own citrus grove and small corners of paradise to enjoy a fresh morning awakening, or admire a suggestive and spectacular sunset.
The villa is structured on a single floor and its interior is accessed from a large internal courtyard, where the recently built swimming pool is located, in the courtyard we find a covered veranda which allows access to the two apartments, and guests to enjoy the moments of healthy relaxation in total tranquility. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners who live in another apartment.

The holiday home is structured so that it can accommodate 2 families of 8 to 10 people in two identical 80m2 apartments. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, a large kitchen with entrance and living room. In the solarium area it is also possible to find external showers.

Pantalica which is a naturalistic-archaeological location and is located 12 km away. In 2005 it was awarded the title of UNESCO heritage site. It is located on a plateau, surrounded by canyons formed over the millennia by two rivers, the Anapo and the Calcinara. The plateau as well as the valleys below are very important naturalistic areas where various paths allow you to visit the site.

The Anapo valley, crossed by the river of the same name, is accessible from two passages connected to each other, on the Sortino and Cassaro sides. The path runs for more than 10 km, partly declared a natural reserve, offering the visitor greenery and archeology in a suggestive context.

Ortigia, which is the historic center of the city of Syracuse, is located about 15 km away, where the cathedral is located, with its Baroque style façade. The partially intact Temple of Apollo is the oldest in Sicily. The Arethusa fountain which is a source of fresh water emerging on the island a few meters from the sea, where the myth of Arethusa and Alpheus celebrated by many poets and writers is linked.

The Ciane river, about 9 km away, is a short river that originates from the Testa Fisima, a stone's throw from Syracuse, whose surrounding territory has been a nature reserve since 1984. It owes its name to the color of the waters (cyanos, blue). The reserve is characterized by a flourishing papyrus vegetation.
The Venticari nature reserve, which is located between Noto and Marzamemi, about half an hour's drive away, is an oasis where, apart from the splendid sea, every year hundreds of species of birds choose it as a resting place on their migration journey. Calamosche beach between the archaeological remains of Eloro and the wildlife oasis of Vendicari, can be reached via an exclusively pedestrian path! Its charm is due to the presence of a breathtaking panorama!
