The accommodation

The attic has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed: 1.4mx1.9m, 1 with a 1.2mx1.9m –japanese style bed, where 2 lovers can sleep-, and one with a single bed -under request-), one kitchen, one toilette, living-lunch room, a cover parking and one terrace. The terrace is comfortable with a Hollywood swing, table and chairs. Both, the terrace and the living-lunch-room have views to the sunset. The rooms face the sunrise. The attic has plenty of light. Despite it isn’t a luxury attic you have the basic elements to enjoy your time there. The heater and kitchen are electric ones. There is a gas heater for the living-lunch-room. Case you need to work or to study you can use the small room.

Setting

The attic is located in the center of Barañain, the area is very quite, peaceful and has a bus stop around the corner. Coffe shops, bakery, supermarkets, medical center and the city hall are very close to the attic. From there you can walk or ride to the Filmoteca de Navarra, the Pablo Sarrasate school of music, the Navarra’s main hospitals, the CIMA research centre, the University of Navarra, Volkswagen factory, Library and Auditorium of Barañain and the city centre of Pamplona (you can also use the bus –a regular service-). You’ll be at 3.2 km from the city centre of Pamplona and 2 km from the Camino de Santiago (that passes by the University of Navarra). The access to A15 (Zaragoza/Vitoria) and A12 (Logroño) highways are in less than 5 min.

Activities and attractions

You can enjoy and discover Pamplona and Navarra. You’ll be at 1.4 km from the walking/riding Arga river track. The filmoteca of Navarra is 6 blocks far from the attic. There is a nice garden with a play ground for kids. You can go to the Landaben market on Sundays.
