• We will provide a group of keys: 2 for each one of the 2 gates, one (the bigger one) of house entrance, a black one from the safety box (located upstairs inside cupboard) and 2 of the 2 dining room portal doors
• Among the keys, there is a small metallic ball – the alarm. If you click in the small house which is drew in the alarm panel (when you enter the house it is located in the wall at your right side), alarm becomes connected and the only way out to disconnect it is with that small metallic ball
• House has a few consumables that can be used and returned afterwards
• Tap water IS NOT drinkable although you can have shower with it
• When you enter in the house at you left side you have an electrical panel, inside it the down and right-side button is for outside illumination
• Upstairs behind the room door you have a stick to open and close roof windows
• Furniture should not be removed from where it is located
• There are insects during sunset, please close doors and windows during that time
• Insect and Wildlife Info: Our home is located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs or other bugs. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner
• Please do not crush insects against the wall
• Be careful with fat in outside floor, especially when you grill
• Automatic irrigation system works twice during the night, so please remove everything from the grass in the end of the day. In case of using in the day after, swing net should be removed before irrigation starts.
• Horticulture area has aromatic herbs and teas - use it, if you could irrigate it once per day we would appreciate
• Pool has a shrimping stick to remove leaf and dead insects
• Water is salted, with chlorine added for disinfection
• If there are wasps in the swimming pool it is because they have created a net below wood deck, so you must spray it with insecticide either during early morning or sunset, NEVER during the day
• Please take a shower before entering the water, it is quite difficult to remove sand from the swimming pool
• Swimming pool is not fenced and in some sections is deep, so please take care especially with children (see chart with swimming pool rules)
• Close sun umbrella in windy days, leave it closed in your departure
• Never switch on exterior fireplace below the pergola, to avoid a fire
• Following Local Accommodation regulation, anti-fire blanket is over fume cupboard, extinguisher is in the kitchen (near fridge), medical kit is in ground floor WC and National Emergency Number (112) is posted in electrical panel (left side on entrance door)
• There is a lifebuoy in the swimming pool
• Wi-Fi is available, please do not change its location, which is over kitchen, table password behind the equipment
• Electric panel is not prepared to charge cars and daily fee does not cover car charging
• In the end, please do not leave garbage, there are plenty garbage containers in the street, the nearest one is 300 m away (direction left to IC33)
