The accommodation

Tourist tax. It must be payed in cash during the check in. The amount is 4,00€ per person and night with a maximum of 7 days. Children under 17 are exempt.

Apartment 93m in the center of Barcelona, at the Eixample district, nice neighborhood and very well connected.

It is located on the fourth floor of a residential building, quiet and perfect for families. It has two elevators and concierge. Comprising: 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles) plus 1 living room, 1 hall, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet, dining room with a terrace overlooking the street Girona and 1 kitchen (with dishwasher).

This fully equipped with free WIFI, sheets, towels and dinnerware.

It also has a baby's crib.

There is a parking in the same building with special prices.

Setting

The apartment is located in the eixample district, 10 minutes from the city center. Next to the avenida diagonal, one of the most important streets of barcelona.

Metro station (verdaguer) is just 10 meters from the apartment with two metro lines, the 4 (yellow) and 5 (blue) and with only 7 stops you can get to the beach. You also have a bus stop 20 meters away.

Next to the apartment find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc..

From the airport:

by metro:
take the metro “l9 sud” from the “aeroport” to “collblanc”, once there chage to line “l5, blue” direction “vall d’hebron” and get off in “verdaguer”. Get out through the exit “avinguda diagonal” just 10 meters next to the building where the apartment is located. The journey takes 1h 10min and a single ticket costs 5,15€
you can get on the metro from both terminals (1 and 2)

by train:
there is a train every half an hour (renfe, rodalies barcelona) from the terminal 2 “aeroport” to “passeig de gracia”, the journey takes 25 min and a single ticket costs 2,40€. From the “passeig de gracia” station to the apartment takes 15 min walking.
There are also T-casual tickets (10 journeys that can be used by different people at the same time, it’s not individual) it costs 11,35€ and it can be used afterwards on the metro, bus or tram.
In case you land on the terminal 1 you can take a free shuttle bus that connects to terminal 2.

Activities and attractions

The area is perfect for traveling around Barcelona in a friendly and wonderful walk to many attractions, just 10 minutes walking you can arrive to Gaudi's Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf, Passeig de Gracia, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. 15 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and 20 minutes to the Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, the Born, Port and Olympic Village.
