The accommodation
The house was built by A. Cruz y A. Ortiz who have been National Arquitectural Award.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them in suite. Large living and dining room with sliding glass doors leading to the porch and a private garden. Both bedrooms also have doors leading to the porch and garden. This private garden allows to enjoy life outdoors (sunbathing, eating) in an intimate space. There is also a playground where children can play.
In addition to the private garden there is a large garden area with 2 swimming pools -one for adults and another for children-, with lifeguard service. And a park with children´s games -swings, slides, etc-, The urbanization is closed and has night surveillance.
The parking is inside the urbanization.
Setting
The chalet is located in a quiet urbanization within the golf course Novo Sancti Petri. For those interested in golf this course was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and has 36 holes. But one of the main attractions is La Barrosa beach (European Blue Flag), 8 km of fine white sand.
The house is very close to a shopping center (Centro Comercial Novo Sancti Petri) with supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, and other services.
In front of the urbanization stops a bus to the city of Chiclana de la Frontera. There is also a Clinic with medical attention 24 hours.
You can reach the urbanization by highway from the airports of Sevilla or Jerez de la Frontera and also from the train stations of San Fernando or Cadiz.
Activities and attractions
Staying in this house allows to enjoy the beach and also practice sports as football, basketball, tennis or paddle. There is also an Equestrian Center. In the marina of Sancti Petri you can make all kinds of water sports.
You can also make trips to Cadiz or Sevilla or make the route of White Villages. Visit the vineries of Jerez de la Fromtera o San Lucar de Barrameda or see the famous equestrian show. There is also a beautifull boat ride to the Parque Natural of Sancti Petri Island.

La casa en novo sancti petri donde nos alojamos merece ser elogiada por su agradable arquitectura y comodidades. Su diseño es precioso y disfrutamos mucho de su patio. La piscina común es un lugar refrescante y agradable para pasar el tiempo. Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue muy agradable y nos dejó con recuerdos positivos de nuestro tiempo en cádiz
