The apartment is located in the district of Fenals, in the town of Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava, Girona province.

It is part of a set of newly built homes with communal garden and pool. It also has a large sized parking on the first floor, easy access and close to communal lift.

It is in the best area of Frenals with all amenities, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The house has a floor area of 50.70 m2 with a private terrace with magnificent views of the park Fenals.

The entire floor is open, the living room, kitchen and has direct access to terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric blind that allows hide completely. All facilities are electric.

There is also a double bedroom, also overlooking the park Frenals and a bathroom with tub.

The building has a communal garden and swimming pool exclusive for homeowners.

The apartment has TV and air conditioning television in both the living room and the bedroom.

Setting

Fenals Beach, is one of the best in the Cost Brava and is a 3 minute walk from the house.

Very close is the town of Blanes, where the reference marina in the area.

The leisure center in the town of Lloret de Mar, is located about 15 minutes walking.

This beach has been awarded the 2012 Blue Flag by the European Union.

It is a very attractive and visited by thousands of tourists throughout the year, who come through its waters and the natural environment around them.

Activities and attractions

Boadella sa Cala, is a long, tapered cove located between Blanes and Lloret, between the beach of Santa Cristina and Fenals.

It is accessed by a footpath, located about 100 meters from apartment, leaving healthy Boadella Avenue, past the gardens of Santa Clotilde, and descends gently to the beach, surrounded by high cliffs full of pines.

Today is a beach frequented by nudists.
