The accommodation
Old Majorcan house located in a peaceful district of Palma. It is a comfortable unit offering 6 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds, one twin and two singles, totalling 8 beds, plus an extra pull-out.
It has 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. There are also two lounges with different ambiences and two kitchens, one inside and another in the garden; there is heating in winter and two fireplaces.
Upstairs there is a large terrace offering views of the city and the mountainside.
The garden has outdoor car parking, a pleasant swimming pool, a lounger area and a fruit orchard. There is wifi throughout the house. It is well communicated with the city centre, and there are two restaurants serving typical Majorcan cuisine in the vicinity. It is some 7 minutes by car from the airport.

House with a soul
Me and my friends came to Mallorca for a weekend, there were 8 of us so we wanted something bigger, we chose this house. The landlady, the people that gave us the key (neighbours) were all very friendly and hospitable. The house itself was very cosy and I must confess that it has a soul. So I you want to feel like living in a genuine Mallorcan house I highly recommend it.
