The accommodation

You can walk to most places because of the proximity to the beach and city center—3 minutes walking to the supermarket, 3 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center. You have an exclusive parking space to keep your car in the shade inside the complex.

The adult and/or children’s pool offers plenty of safety and comfort since they are saltwater chlorinated, which is much less irritating to the skin, eyes, and hair than traditional chlorination. During the summer, lifeguards watch over the pool for many hours a day.

For relaxing, reading, sunbathing, disconnecting, and recharging, there is one of the largest common areas in Dénia at the Lagos del Castillo complex. Around the pool, there is a spacious, well-maintained area that includes a playground and a ping-pong table.

This is a very family-friendly community, with a concierge to ensure everything is in working order year-round.

I have tried to ensure that when you visit, you don’t have to bring bulky items that take up a lot of trunk space or are difficult to bring by plane. There is a travel crib in case you have a baby and want them to sleep close to you, as well as two beach chairs and an umbrella, giving you more room in your luggage for essential items.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don’t always have to go out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can even prepare dishes like gazpacho or something as complex as wild Santemori with Alaskan salmon.

If you invite family or friends over, you’ll have enough cutlery, glasses, etc., for everyone, and you won’t need to wash dishes by hand because there’s a dishwasher.

I installed good fiber optic internet because staying well connected to the world is essential for most people, whether it’s for watching movies, remote work, etc.

Keeping the apartment tidy is easy thanks to the built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, complete with drawers and hanging bars.

From the terrace, you have views of the pool and common areas, and watching your loved ones there can be very enjoyable.

The house is very comfortable and fresh; the natural breeze is usually enough to keep it cool in spring and summer. However, if needed, there is ducted air conditioning throughout the entire apartment.

It is on the first floor, and there is an elevator if you need it.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, of course! How could we not welcome all of your family? You won’t have to miss them or worry about pet boarding or separation anxiety.

Is bed linen and shower towels included in the price?
Yes, they are included in the price, so you won’t have to bring so much luggage.

What are the check-in and check-out days during summer?
From June to September (inclusive), the minimum stay is 14 nights, and check-ins and check-outs are on Saturdays.

That said, sometimes weeks are available, and it’s possible to book individual weeks.

Setting

It is located in front of "Las Marinas" beach at km 0, very close to the marina. The beach is sandy, wide, not crowded, and well-maintained.

The water is shallow for several meters, making it ideal for children.

The area is quiet and traffic-free; however, it is just a 4–5 minute walk to the city center and 2–3 minutes to supermarkets and the beach.

Activities and attractions

✪ The Castle and Archaeological Museum: Dénia's castle served as a fortress during the era of Mediterranean piracy, and from it, you can enjoy some of the best views of Dénia.

✪ Dog-friendly beach: A 5-minute walk towards the port.

✪ Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve: Features a varied underwater topography with many coral species, seagrass meadows (Posidonia oceanica), and marine life such as langoustines, groupers, and gorgonians. This protected area, covering 900 hectares, is of high ecological, scientific, scenic, and recreational interest. Swimming and freediving are permitted.

✪ Montgó Natural Park: There are several trails to explore the park and ascend to the summit (from which you can sometimes glimpse Ibiza). The climb is possible from all sides and makes for a beautiful excursion.

✪ Els Magazinos: A unique gastronomic market, described as "The market for a better world." Don’t miss it.

✪ Benidorm: 35 km away.

✪ Ibiza: Direct ferry from Dénia’s port to Ibiza.
