The accommodation

Description (no. 6 beds):
Beautiful house floor / roof placed at the side of the church and sacristy. On the ground floor living room with fireplace and armchairs, kitchen with cooktop masonry, large windows and access on 'external private garden with table for outdoor dining, as well as the surrounding park with swimming pool and barbeque.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped of all, complete with linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
In the vicinity of the town in the middle of a large lawn is the POOL.
Prices are all inclusive with the exception of gas that is quantified by the counter. The thermostat is single.
The apartment (called SACRISTY 1) is available for weekly rental but also for periods of less than that for stays of one night during periods outside the high season.

Setting

SAGRESTIA 1 is a beautiful house belonging to the medieval village of Serignana located on the border with National park forest casentinesi stage n. 20 of the path of 'high route of parks and located along the Path of the sacred forests.
The settlement is typical of the Apennine village (630 mt above sea level) located in a small valley just below the massive Falterona.

The Village has as its core a central square on which stands a beautiful church is still consecrated, the house, the house of the sacristy, and then along the access roads, houses and some other rural structures.
