The accommodation

Stunning villa in liberty style with swimming pool, garden with secular threes, private parking, located in the centre of Syracuse.

It's an ancient Sicilian villa recently restored and belonged to an important Syracusan gentlemen of the XIX century. An original wrought iron gate allow to enter the villa. Surpassed the garden you arrive to a beautiful marble staircase that leads directly to the interior of the villa.

The salon has a stylish lounge area (sofa and chairs), dining table, chairs, antique furniture, TV. From here you can reach the kitchen, technological and well equipped. A corridor leads to the two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) and to the two bedrooms, spacious, bright and comfortable. Finally, two beautiful balconies overlooking the garden and a beautiful view of the archaeological zone.
The villa consiste of two levels, of which the superior is dedicated to the guests, while on the ground floor, the guardian and his wife live. of course, pool and garden are for guests' exclusive use.

Final cleaning € 150, to be paid locally.
Safety deposit on arrival € 300, to be refunded on departure.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.

There's no need to say words about Syracuse, since the whole world knows the magnicent and the importance of this city, surely the most important one of Magna Grecia. We only want to add the this villa is located in the heart of the archaeological area, just a few steps away from Greek Theatre, Ear of Dionysus, Ara of Ierone and many other incredible spots of Syracuse. Finally, the sea is 5 minutes away.
