ALICANTE 15 KMS FROM THE BEST BEACHES IN THE REGION. SWIMMING POOL COVER ON PLOT OF 2000M2

Accommodation
It is a very large Villa, it has 4 double rooms, 2 large bathrooms one of them en suite (1 with bath) and the other with shower. The kitchen is large and has space to eat in it. A dining room where do dinners with friends or family.
Inside dining room capacity is of about 20 people, and if it did the meetings on the terrace, we can reach up to 30 people.
It has parking covered for three cars and uncovered for 3 more. A 11 X 4, 5 indoor pool. The use of the pool is recommended between May and October.
You have a big barbecue. The House is prepared with fireplace and heating.
We have choice of infant bed and cot.

La finca es enorme, ideal para ir con mucha gente. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Hay cosas que se rompen nada más tocarlas pero el dueño es muy agradable y no pone dificultades. Lo mejor sin duda, la piscina
