The accommodation

Large indipendent portion of ancient stone farm house dated back to 16th located on the hills north of Lucca, 10 km far from the historical center in a panoramic position.
The house accomodates up to 6+2 people.

This holiday house was recently renovated respecting the original architecture of the past, so that you can see in the house the beautiful original stone stair , cotto tiled floor, wooden beam ceiling.

Ground floor: From the entrance, you take access to the spacious living room (with fire place, tv-sat, 3 sofas sitting 8 people, table and chairs sitting more than 8 people).
The open cotto arch leads to the separated kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffe-maker, 4 gas fires, kettle, and all domestic facilities.
Storage with washing machine, table and iron board, refrigerator with deep frezer.
From the ground floor the stone stair leads to the upper floor where you find a passage room with wardrobe, a double bedroom with an extra single bed, with small high window, a double bedroom, with window-door and extra window, a bathroom with box-shower, with window. On the second floor there is a large bedroom (more than 50 square meters) with one double bed and one single bed, with two windows. Ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath and separated shower. Each bedroom has screen on the window. It is available on request a cot and an highchair for a baby.

The garden is equiped with bbq, deckchairs, swing, a large gazebo with tables, chairs, external lights, toys for childrens.
Private parking in front of the house for one car or parking of the village is 50 meters from the house.

Setting

The village where is located the house is very quiet, surrounded by olives trees, vineyards, woods, trekking and riding paths. From the village start an ancient wood paths which leads to a beautiful panoramic point over the city of Lucca.
It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday and at the same time it is not far from the main famous towns in Tuscany.

The beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini, are ca 30 km away, Pisa ca 40 km, Florence ca. 80, next village with supermarket 5 km in San Martino in Freddana.
Perfect position for day trips to local tuscan towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Cinque terre.
