The accommodation
House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and big living room, kitchen, porch with private garden, at first line of the beach.
On Tavernes de la Valldigna Beach, Valencia.
Due to some flaws in the garden due to a storm, part of the garden and direct exit to the beach is closed. You need to walk a few meters, exiting from the back of the house. It may not be appropiate for children, please check the pictures.
The Bedrooms on the second floor have these beds:
- 3 Rooms with double bed
- 1 Room with two single beds
- A double sofa-bed on the ground floor
Setting
Placed on beach first line on Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencia), calm area with family ambient. House is a few minutes from groceries shops and 5 minutes on car from supermarket. All the area has shops, bars, restaurants...
At 200 meters there is a children park with soccer fields. It is placed at the side of 'Lago Azul' (Blue Lake) park.

Great place for family vacation
The house is a little too old, but cozy and clean. An excellent green patio with a palm tree will helps in hot siesta hours. Two bedrooms have a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. Very polite, and responsive english-speaking owner. The house has everything you need, it also have: barbecue, sun loungers, garage, oven for paella etc. Nice quiet location at the beginning of the beach of Tavernes de la Valdigna. Very close to the sea (Extra first line!), closer only rescuers;) It is convenient to live a company or family of 8-10 people. I recommend for a quiet family, beach holiday. 50 min from VLC airport by trains or car, 10 min by car to Cullera shops and center, 5 min by car to Tavernes de la Valdigna train line C1 station, 20 min by car to Gandia. You also can use public transport, bus stop is 100 meters from house.
