The accommodation

Holiday flat in Porto with private courtyard: Flat facing West, this flat is part of a very quiet condo on it’s basement. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, laundry area, bathroom and delightful courtyard. The courtyard is the flat’s heart, surrounded by a small garden with automatic irrigation, composting center and seating area with umbrella – a little oasis in the city center. The flat includes bed linen and towels.
Long stays we have other prices but no expenses included.
Pets are welcome with a damage deposit to be returned at the end of the stay.
Late check-in may apply.

Setting

Covelo, a small lung in northern Porto: Located in the northern area of Porto, this holiday flat in Porto is very close to Covelo gardens, which used to be a big farm. Nearby there are the High School Filipa de Vilhena and the Fernando Pessoa University. From here it’s easy to reach the Asprela University Faculties (Engeneering, Medicine, etc.) with buses at the door.

But even though it’s not the centre, due to thPorto’ size it’s a quick ride to the centre. In fact if you like walking it’s possible to reach the centre in about 20 minutes walking. Nearby are all kinds of shops that you might need, including the Municipal Swimming Pools of Constituição, the Porto’s Tennis Club and the Ballet Theatre Auditorium.
