The accommodation

Villa on two floors located in the Valle del Sol, Costa Calida. Field area very quiet but well connected (20 minutes drive from Murcia to San Javier and 10). Recently refurbished. On the ground floor is one room with one double and one single bed, bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with fireplace. In the upper room with a queen bed and two single beds with dressing area or office and bathroom with tub for two. Fully equipped kitchen. The house is surrounded by extensive gardens, several porches with different orientations, barbecue, wood oven and swimming pool. Garage (two seats).

Setting

Privileged, quiet area with wonderful countryside sunny weather. Integrated in nature, ideal for pleasant walks, sunbathing, reading under the shade of a tree or cool off in the pool.

During the winter, after a long walk had better take a hot bath in the tub for two and dinner by the fireplace.

Activities and attractions

If you want to leave the tranquility of the farm, you can go walking to the bar or bowling alley. The location is perfect, with direct access from the highway. 15 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and the jewel of the Mar Menor Murcia, very close to several golf courses. You can make excursions to the beautiful natural park Garruchal, visit the city of Murcia (20 minutes) or the historical city of Cartagena (25 minutes).
