Nice villa in urbanization Las Tres Calas (Ametlla of sea) 1400 m from the beach accessed from the same community situated in one of the best areas of urbanization, very quiet area with no neighbors in front, just a nice pine forest and very vistas.A good 10 minute walk you can access the commercial center of the complex, where there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bakery etc..sin definitely an ideal place to disconnect from the routine and enjoy family holidays or couples villa.
The land is fully enclosed, ideal for the tranquility of children and pets, private pool 3x7 (private), private garden very nice with plants and palm trees (beautiful), has sombrerilla and hammocks, the hammock area in front of the pool has sun all day !! certainly you will leave with good skin tone! in the back area of the house is a barbecue area with table and chairs on a large terrace, ideal for paellas good family and good meat and fish in the area!

Villa in quiet area in the urbanization Tres Calas 3 km from the village Ametlla of sea and 1400m from the beaches, good food and alrededor.Parque Natural landscapes of the Ebro Delta nearby, with lots of nature and thousands of migratory birds like flamingos nidar coming to the mouth of the Ebro.
A 30 km is the Port Aventura amusement park one of the most important of the peninsula. Beaches and beautiful coves in the same area, with views and definitive espectaculares.En cliffs, an ideal place for a good vacation days and disconnect from the routine.

We had a fantastic holiday here !!! Everything was great ! A very nice house with a lot of comfort! And a nice swimming pool. Thanks to Xavi for his kindness. The area is also very nice, and very good to walk and nice beaches. We enjoyed it very much !!!!!
